UKSugarDaddy Terms

1. About the service

UKSugarDaddy is an independently operated UK dating brand. Profile access and safety infrastructure may be shared with SDM through a database partnership. This can make a profile visible within the connected service network and allows account activity to be supported by shared systems. UKSugarDaddy retains its own British positioning, editorial content and local guidance.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the age requirement shown during registration, be legally able to use the service and provide accurate account information. Keep login details private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable conduct

Do not impersonate another person, harass or threaten anyone, publish private information, distribute unlawful material, use automated scraping, manipulate payments, promote fraud or pressure someone to change a stated boundary.

4. Profiles and review

Profiles, photographs and statements are supplied by members. Review or verification may reduce some obvious misuse but cannot confirm every statement, financial claim, intention or future action. Members remain responsible for their own decisions and safety checks.

5. Payments and gifts between members

UKSugarDaddy does not guarantee private payments, gifts, travel or outcomes between members. Do not use the service to request advance fees, move money for another person or disguise unlawful activity. Private financial and tax consequences depend on individual facts.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep responsibility for content you submit and grant the service the permission needed to host, display, moderate and distribute it within the connected service infrastructure. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.

7. Suspension and removal

Access may be restricted or removed when an account creates safety, legal, security or operational risk, or breaches these terms. Where appropriate, relevant records may be retained for fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal obligations.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular number of matches, a meeting or a specific personal or financial result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Safety and emergencies

Use public meeting places, independent travel and sensible privacy controls. UKSugarDaddy support is not an emergency service. Contact police or emergency services where immediate danger exists.

10. Changes and contact
